Message from
the President:
Dear Members,
Remember looking at exquisite floral quilts or stunning photographs of the Chain of Lakes.
Remember our wonderful American Pride Awards Luncheon or the autumn colors displayed at our Fall Potluck. It’s
hard to believe that most of 2011 has come and gone.
Every ending has a
new beginning. I’m betting that 2012 will be an exciting year for ERGC! From our Blue Star Memorial dedication
to another fabulous garden walk, there will be many opportunities for everyone to volunteer. In my six years as being a member,
I’ve learned that club friendships are ultra special. You might remember a Girl Scout saying, “Make new
friends but keep the old.” It’s true for us too. Please help to welcome our newest members.
Invite several to volunteer with you at an event or on a committee. Working together we can make ERGC an exceptional
club.
How can we as a club make a greater difference in our world, our
nation, our state and our community? If you have an idea, please share it with a Board member. All ideas are welcome.
I hope that you will have many joyful moments during the year.
Joyfully,
Kay Goodall, president
