Club Membership

We happily welcome those interested in attending our meetings and events or getting their hands dirty in the gardens—for whatever time your schedule will allow.

If you haven’t already, we hope you’ll explore our website to learn more about the Club, our mission, our programming and event schedule, the beautiful community we serve, and much more!

Members are expected to:
1. Have an interest in gardening
2. Select a Membership level at which they are comfortable with participating (Active, Associate, Senior)
3. Pay yearly dues for their selected Membership level

Active Member: $25/year

Active Members dig and plant in the community gardens, work on the Garden Walk, chair a committee, or hold an office.

Associate Member: $35/year

Associate Members support the club in a variety of other ways, like attending meetings and joining us for events.

Senior Member: $5/year

Senior Members are 80+ years old and are welcome to engage with the club in ways that work best for them.

Through the years, there have been many who have volunteered their time and energy to the Elk Rapids Garden Club. Our collective mission is to be environmentally conscientious as we beautify our homes and village, cultivate a taste, knowledge and love of flowers, plants, trees, and a true friendship with fellow members.
